My experience
I began my career in the ’90s as an Import/Export Officer at Air France Cargo. Those early days were filled with learning and growth, where I discovered the power of logistics in connecting people and places across the globe. As I delved deeper into the world of aviation, I had the privilege of contributing to the computerization of import, export, customs clearance, and warehousing systems—a project that was as challenging as it was rewarding. This journey led me to become the Chief Computer Operator, a role that solidified my passion for innovation and efficiency. My career continued to evolve, and I eventually became the Attaché Commercial for Air France Cargo, where I had the joy of building relationships and facilitating smooth sales operations. I concluded my Air France journey as a Chef D’ Escale de Permanence, ensuring every flight was a success, knowing that behind every cargo or passenger was a story, a dream, a connection.
As an IATA trainer, I found a new calling—shaping the future of aviation by sharing my knowledge and experience with eager young professionals. Training these individuals has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. Watching them spread their wings and succeed in airports and airlines in Mauritius, Dubai, and Qatar is a testament to the power of mentorship and education.
